Health and Wellbeing

Aspire takes an holistic approach to the health and wellbeing needs of women and their families. Many of our learning programmes have a specific focus on wellbeing, we support individuals, and groups in the community to address their health & wellbeing in order to lead to happier and healthier lives.

In addition, Aspire offer specific services to support the maintenance of good health and support for those who want to make lifestyle changes, such as physical activity, diet and nutrition and mental wellbeing, and to help improve your personal health and wellbeing.

Some of our services include, but are not limited to:

Serenity Sessions – access to complementary therapy and relaxation sessions.
Health Checks – mini mots, blood pressure checks, and weight monitoring.
Walking Group – keep your body and mind active, and make new friends.
Podiatry Service - Good foot health will help to keep you active, and support those with long term medical conditions such as diabetes.
