We all need support sometimes, whether it’s through loneliness, prioritising self-care, struggles maintaining positive mental health or overcoming trauma. Aspire is offering women of all ages support that can be joined at any time, enabling them to find the connections they need to move forwards.

Fifty & Beyond (FAB)
FAB is a friendly, accessible social group for women 50+ to come together to share chat, information and laughs.

A Craft For All Seasons
A fun-filled, friendly group where you can use your crafty skills whilst making new friends.

Singing Sisters
Don’t worry if you aren’t musically trained, our choir is about fun, friendship and giving it a go together in a relaxed space without judgement.

Support group taking you through navigating the seasons. Whether you're going through a difficult time, adjusting to change, healing, or simply in need of connection, you are welcome here.

Crafty Welcome
A warm and creative space where everyone is welcome to explore, share, and enjoy all things crafty! Whether you love painting, knitting, DIY projects, or trying something new, this group is all about creativity, connection, and fun.

Podiatry
Aspire’s qualified podiatrists provide preventative care and treatment for problems affecting feet, ankles and legs, encouraging relaxation and improving wellbeing.

Support Packs for Women & Families
By Request and Collection Only
Aspire provides packs of essential hygiene, store cupboard and other household essentials to women and families in need.
Please contact our support team if you or a woman you know could benefit from one of our Support Packs.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a gentle, holistic therapy that focuses on applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, or ears. These points are believed to correspond to different areas of the body, helping to promote balance, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.
This soothing treatment is designed to reduce stress, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural healing processes

Confidential Listening Service
If you are anxious, depressed, stressed or just needing to talk about something that is impacting on you, then our free, confidential listening service is here for you.
Face to face and telephone appointments available.
Aspire’s volunteer listeners are fully trained and will never judge you.

Extra Social
Once a month we gather for a social afternoon! We usually have a shared food table, a quiz, lots of laughs and a chat!
Join us for picnics in the park, afternoon tea, pride celebrations and more!
All Aspire women of all ages are welcome!
Fifty and Beyond
FAB is a friendly women-only group for those over 50 to socialise, have a laugh, chat and reduce loneliness.
FAB meet once a week.
Sometimes FAB are joined by guest speakers who share information and ideas with our women.

Ageing Well Support
As part of the Ageing Well Agenda, there is a national focus on helping our older generation age well by enabling them to stay well and live independently for longer.
At Aspire, our support and wellbeing services ensure women of all ages can continue to socialise, meet new people and have someone to talk to, especially our older women, where loneliness can be a concern.
